We are very excited to be closing on our new home (a Dover) this Friday, August 18th in the Providence community. We would like to thank Remington Homes for a wonderful home buying experience.
Before we decided to build our home with Remington, we visited several other builders. Due to the fact that I use a wheelchair, I needed many modifications in order to make my home completely accessible. Remington was the only builder willing to work with us to make our house perfect.
Throughout the process, Dave Lorenzo has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. For example, he built a temporary garage ramp that allowed me to gain access to our home for the pre-drywall meeting. We were so happy with it, that once we move in, we hope to have a similar ramp built, which would make our home 100% accessible to
me.
Dave also took the time to make sure that the cabinets, countertops and. thermostat were at the correct height for me. He even designed.a roll-in shower and installed grab bars for my safety. Finally, Dave came up with a plan to completely ramp our front walkway entrance and worked wilh landscapers to beautifully integrate it into the landscape design.
Dave and his staff, especially his assistant Art, should be commended for their outstanding work and dedication to customer satisfaction. Additionally, we enjoyed working with Sue Devlin, Deb Cooper and Amanda from your Providence sales office. They have been very helpful and supportive throughout lhe past eight months.
There are many obstacles in this world for disabled people and it is refreshing to know that there are companies out there like Remington, willing to help me overcome them in any way they possibly can.
